What if I told you there’s simple things you may be doing in your photos that are sending subconcious thoughts of disinterest in peoples’ minds? That’s a pretty scary thought, right?! But it could be true. In the seemingly perfect-pictures-only land of Instagram and other social media platforms, you don’t want your photos to be sinking to the bottom with little engagement. You want them to be seen and be loved! You want to get a million likes and comments (or 150, 2k, or 15k – whatever your best engagement is)! And you want to know HOW to create these amazing photos.
I CAN HELP!
Now I am no expert on photography by any means, but I have learned a few things from my years of experience behind the lens. Before I started my blog in April 2018, I did freelance modeling and worked with multiple photographers. Over the years I’ve compiled a list of things to be aware of and watch out for when taking photos, and ways to make your photos more appealing. And I’ve learned a lot from my own experience taking pictures as a fashion/lifestyle blogger and social media influencer. And I want to share what I’ve learned with YOU!

So I’ve created a list of 5 tips to use to create beautiful images that your audience will be sure to love. I’ve titled it 5 Simple Tips for Taking Better Pictures (that you wouldn’t typically think of). In this guide I explain five easy ways to make your photos more appealing to attract higher engagement. I’ve included visual examples with each step to make it even EASIER for you to understand and follow.
This is what you’ll find in my guide:
- Super simple, easy to implement tips for taking better photos
- Examples of bad vs. good photos to illustrate and explain each tip
- The apps I use for editing and planning my photos
- Help with editing and organizing photos for your feed
So what are you waiting for? Let’s train your brain to take great pictures EVERY time. Let’s get your photos poppin’ and rollin’ in the comments and likes. Let’s get that engagement rate higher.
